    Challenges and objectives

We use our technology to improve translation

Occident faced three major challenges in managing its translations. The first was the automation of web translations, which involved translating six websites into several languages without compromising human quality.

In addition, they needed to centralise document translations to avoid overlaps, control costs and manage requests efficiently.

Finally, they sought to optimise processes, reducing bureaucratic tasks and minimising errors by automating the translation workflow.

    • Automating website translation
    • Centralising document translations
    • Reducing bureaucratic tasks
    • Controlling translation costs

    Languages available on the site

These solutions were applied to the following language pairs

    • SPA
    • CAT
    • EUS
    • ENG
    • SPA

However, translation is much more than just matching languages...

ATLS implemented two key solutions for Occident, tailored to their translation needs. The first was AT-RTS, software that allowed the group's websites to be automatically translated directly from its CMS.

This system completely removed manual tasks. The translations were automatically sent to the translators and, once completed, published without further intervention by the customer's team.

The second solution was AT-HUB, a platform that centralised all the group's document translations. This made it possible to control costs and manage translation requests by company and department.

With AT-HUB, users could request quotes online, track orders and manage translations from a single platform, streamlining the entire process.

The implementation of AT-RTS enabled Grupo Catalana Occidente to translate its websites quickly and error-free, reducing costs and improving time to market.

AT-HUB managed to centralise translation management, ensuring consistency and quality in all translated content.
