Reducing the time to market of the translated content was another priority for the company. ATLS needed to bake translation into the mobile app development cycle to ensure that content was ready at launch and avoid any delays.

However, translation is much more than just matching languages...

The bank operates in Spain, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Belgium, France, Italy and Switzerland. To address the need for translation and localisation of content in these markets, it has worked with ATLS since prior to 2012.

Partnering with ATLS has enabled this bank to deliver content in multiple languages and tailor its digital marketing strategies to each local market. However, it also had to address several significant challenges.

First, translating web content and mobile apps into several languages including regional languages in Spain and others such as English, French, Italian and German. Plus it was crucial to shorten the time needed to make the translated content available.

ATLS delivered effective solutions. Using AT Website Translator, it translated web content and optimised metadata to enhance its positioning. AT-GIT was rolled out to hardwire translation into the mobile app development cycle.

For Italy, ATLS furnished UX writing services which tailored the content to the Italian market. UX writing targets enhancing the user experience by using language that is easy to understand, accessible and aligned with the brand's voice and tone. This includes components such as buttons, menus, error messages, instructions and any other text that the user interacts with directly.

This collaboration has resulted in efficient internationalisation, optimised time to market and better organic positioning. The bank has achieved a consistent and successful digital presence in all markets.

The use of RTS-API allowed for a quick and direct integration between the customer's CMS and our translation system. This optimised the workflow, reducing the time to market for translated content and ensuring it was ready simultaneously with the launch of new features. Automating the process not only eliminated manual errors, but also improved operational efficiency, allowing large translation volumes to be managed without compromising quality or consistency in the different languages.
