ATLS, a leading Spanish translation company in Southern Europe, according to CSA Research, has acquired INK MULTILINGUAL SOLUTIONS, S.A., a company specialising in medical and pharmaceutical translations.

Stéphane Magnard, the CEO of ATLS, noted that "with the incorporation of INK, ATLS is growing strategically and cementing its position in the medical and pharmaceutical translation sector".

INK's customer portfolio includes the leading national and international pharmaceutical companies and laboratories.

INK MULTILINGUAL SOLUTIONS, S.A. has been a traditional translation company in the sector for 30 years. ATLS's successful deployment of its own translation management technology, and its 360º international digital marketing service will provide INK's customers with new resources, such as automating their translation processes and increasing their international visibility.

Following the acquisition of a company in Madrid in 2019, the purchase of this company in Barcelona represents the second major step in ATLS's expansion strategy. According to Magnard, "in addition to continuing our double-digit annual organic growth, we plan to buy new companies nationwide as part of a scalable acquisition strategy over the next 3 years".
